What Packer Basketball Camps Are About
At Packer Boys Basketball Camps, we offer kids of all ages, ability, and backgrounds a structured opportunity for growth. We grow the confidence of our athletes through quality repetition so they can have success as individual players and teams. We teach the mental and physical skills of the game of basketball. We also use our camp to teach life lessons and values such at honesty, integrity, being a good teammate. Our mission is to develop championship caliber people as well as championship caliber players.
We are excited this year as we are more than doubling our days of camp to give all ages more training and more fun!
Elementary Camp
Little Packer camp is a camp based on teaching and improving upon the fundamentals of basketball. Players will be taught proper footwork, shooting form, passing, and dribbling. Players will have opportunities to play games and learn to enjoy playing the game of basketball. . All Campers will receive a t-shirt.
Grades K-5 - 2:00 PM - 3:15PM

High School Camp
Packer High School Camp offers instruction in the individual and team fundamentals of basketball. We focus on decision-making as well as improving individual offensive skills such as shooting, passing, and ball handling, as well as team offensive concepts like movement and spacing. We also train defensive fundamentals both guarding on and off the ball. This is a great camp for players to learn the fundamentals of Packer Basketball. All campers will receive a t-shirt.

Middle School Camp - Grades 6-8
Packer Middle School Camp offers instruction in the individual and team fundamentals of basketball at a level appropriate for middle school players. We focus on individual fundamentals including shooting, passing, and ball handling, as well as motion offense concepts like off-ball movement and spacing. We also train defensive fundamentals both guarding on and off the ball. This is a great camp for players to learn the fundamentals of Packer Basketball. All campers will receive a t-shirt.

Post Player Scoring Camp
Boys & Girls from all schools welcome!
Scoring in the post is a skill that has been foundational to basketball since its inception. Although the game has moved to a more guard-centric model, having great footwork, creativity, strength and touch around the hoop still translates to wins. Post camp is coached by Nate Althoff, a University of Utah basketball player under the legend Rick Majerus. Nate teaches the fundamental skills and concepts of playing in the post. These skills translate to both post players and guards being able to create advantages and mismatches for their team. Boys and Girls of middle school and high school ages. .
HS Boys - Grades 9-12 - June 11-13 - 8:30 AM-11:30 AM
MS Boys - Grades 9-12 - June 11-13 - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Grades 7-12 Girls - June 11-13 - 2:15 PM - 4:15 PM

*If necessary camp directors may adjust times, locations, or grade combinations. You will be entered into the camps with this form. There is no reminder notice. Parents may be called to pick up their son if they are ill, injured, or pose a discipline issue. No refunds will be given after the May 28, 2024.
*I understand that neither the West Fargo Schools nor the coaching staff provide medical insurance nor will either be held responsible for medical expenses. I hereby authorize Coach Palczewski’s staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency situation requiring medical attention for my son(s) and hereby waive and release said parties from any and all liability for any injuries. I also certify that my child is medically and physically fit to participate in the West Fargo Basketball Camps.
